Drinks 4 u ensure that the maintenance staff are fully trained by the machine manufacturers, this ensures they have the correct knowledge of each machine which give an extremely high first time fix achievement.

All service calls are logged by our service co-ordinator, this means that should any query arise we have a complete picture of every client service history.

All operated sites receive a maximum two hour service response.
